Regarding First Frost, a few items of importance especially to the
first timers
Bring a few towels
Bring sweats and other warm clothing
bring a blaket or sleeping bag
bring snacks and drinks
bring some group activities to do in between events
get there early to make sure there is space for us in the gym
if you get cold bring more then one swimsuit so you are not wet
all day
have fun!
The Sessions go as follows:
AM Session (Girls) -Warm up is at 7:00
PM Session (Boys)- Warm up is at 12:45
