New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 14A toward the Holland Tunnel, use the Bayonne Exit. Bear left onto Avenue E to 30th Street. Turn left over the bridge. The School is on the right. Entrance is through the schoolyard.

Take Parkway to Exit 129 Turnpike South. Take the Turnpike south to Exit 7A. Take Route 195 West to Exit 3B Hamilton Square Exit. At the second light, make a left onto Klockner Road (Steinert High School will be on your right). Follow Klockner through 2 lights. Immediately after the 2nd light, the school will be on your left. Take the second driveway into the back parking lot.

Metuchen Municipal Pool From Route 1 Southbound Metuchen has two exits on Route 1. Both exits are past Menlo Park but before BJ's Wholesale Club, CompUSA, and P.C. Richard. The pool is slightly closer to the second exit. Exit for Metuchen, Route 501 West. This exit puts you on Amboy Avenue. At the third traffic light, turn left onto Main Street. At Amoco station, turn right onto Brunswick Avenue. At end, turn left onto Lake Avenue. Entrance to pool is on left immediately after athletic field. Exit for Metuchen, Route 531 West. This exit is on the same exit ramp as Route 440. Be sure to stay left on ramp. This exit puts you on Main Street. At Amoco station, turn left onto Brunswick Avenue. At end, turn left onto Lake Avenue. Entrance to pool is on left immediately after athletic field.

From Route 287 Southbound Take Exit 3 for New Durham Avenue / New Durham / Metuchen. At end of ramp, turn left at traffic light onto 501 East. Proceed on 501 East (New Durham Avenue). A Shell station will be on your left. Go straight through one traffic light. At bottom of hill, road curves sharply to the left onto Middlesex Avenue. Go straight through one light, then at next light (just past Edwards but before Amoco), turn right onto Lake Avenue, Route 27 South. Go straight through one traffic light. Continue to go straight on Lake Avenue even though Route 27 turns right. (You must yield to traffic coming from right). Go straight through one stop sign. Entrance to pool is on left immediately after athletic field.

From Garden State Parkway Southbound Take exit 129 and follow signs for Route 287 North. Take Route 287 North to Route 1 South. Get on the exit ramp for Route 1 South. Be sure to stay on the exit ramp, and do not get on Route 1 South. Follow signs to Metuchen, Route 531 West. This exit puts you on Main Street. At Amoco station, turn left onto Brunswick Avenue. At end, turn left onto Lake Avenue. Entrance to pool is on left immediately after athletic field.

Montgomery Township High School Directions:

From North of Somerville via 287 South

Take Interstate 287 South to Exit 17 (Rts. 202/206 Princeton/Flemington).
Continue on Rt 202/206 past exit for Rt. 22 and stay in the RIGHT lane.
Exit from the Right Lane to Rt. 206 South – Princeton. (Somerset Shopping Center on Right).
Continue through light and down and UNDER the overpass, then exit the circle to your right. RIGHT onto 206 South.
Continue for 8.5 miles. Bear to the RIGHT (just past the Chrysler Dealer) onto Route 601.
Continue on Route 601 (crossing Route 518) for 4.5 miles. The high School is on your RIGHT.

From 295/95:

From 295/95: Exit at the Princeton Pike North toward Princeton.
Continue to the second traffic light (Lovers’ Lane) and turn LEFT.
Continue to the Stop Sign (Rt. 206) and turn RIGHT.
Make an immediate LEFT at the traffic light onto Elm Road (CR 601 North) and continue for about 5 miles. Road name changes to Great Road. Montgomery High School is on the LEFT.

Directions to Nassau County Aquatic Center (long Island Aquatic Center)

From Verrazano Narrows Bridge and Kennedy Airport

Follow signs to Belt Parkway/Long Island East. Take Belt Parkway eastbound past Kennedy Airport, after Kennedy airport stay in the left lane and look for signs to Southern State Parkway East. Take Southern State Parkway East to Meadowbrook Parkway

North (exit 22N).

Directions to Long Island Marriott Hotel (MEET HEADQUARTERS)

Take Meadowbrook Parkway (northbound) to NY-24 Hempstead Turnpike (Exit M5) West toward Uniondale/Hempstead. Stay in

the right lane and the Marriott entrance is .3 miles on your right (James Doolittle Blvd.)

For the Aquatic Center

Take Meadowbrook Parkway (northbound to NY-24 Hempstead Turnpike (exit M5) East. On Hempstead Turnpike, go to the left lane and make a left at the first light (Merrick Avenue). Follow Merrick Avenue and signs to pool entrance on your right.

From Whitestone and Throgs Neck Bridges Take Cross Island Parkway South to Exit 29, Grand Central Parkway eastbound. Follow Grand Central Parkway to Meadowbrook

Parkway southbound (Jones Beach). Get off Meadowbrook Parkway at NY-24 Hempstead Turnpike (exit M5).

From La Guardia Airport to Long Island Marriott and Aquatic Center

Take Grand Central Parkway (to eastern Long Island) to Meadowbrook Parkway and follow above directions.

Mapquest to DeNunzio Pool at Princeton University in Princeton

From the North or South- Take Rt. 287 to Rt. 78 West. Then follow direction from Exit 26 on Rt. 78 below.

From the East- Take Rt. 78 West to Exit 26 (North Branch). Make a left at the traffic light at the end of the off ramp. College is 2-3 miles on Left. Enter college and follow signs to parking area #2. Please note that there is significant construction being done at the college and you will need to use the lower level parking lots.

Directions to Rutgers Sonny Werblin Pool

From the NJ Turnpike, North or South - Take Exit 9-New Brunswick and pay toll. **Follow signs for Route 18 North-New Brunswick. Proceed along Route 18 North, crossing the Raritan River on the John Lynch Bridge, approximately 3.7 miles. Continue to Busch Campus Exit, bear right on exit ramp and proceed on the entrance road to the traffic circle. Bear right at first turn off, go to first intersection, turn left to lot 64.

From the Garden State Parkway Traveling South - Follow Parkway South to Exit 129-New Jersey Turnpike. Travel south on the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 9-New Brunswick. Follow directions from ** above.

From Route 287 Traveling South - Take Route 287 South to Exit 9 (River Road, Bound Brook, Highland Park, 514 Spur) Follow River Road (514 Spur South) approximately 2 miles to Hoes Lane West, turn left about ½ mile bear right and on campus just past the golf course entrance.

From US Highway 1, North or South - Take the exit for Route 18 North - New Brunswick and proceed from ** above.

Upper Main Line YMCA, 1416 Berwyn-Paoli Road, Berwyn, PA 19312 (610) 647-9622

From Philadelphia: Take the Schuylkill Expressway (Interstate 76 West) to Route 202 South exit. Take 202 South to Paoli Exit (Route 252 South). Stay on Route 252 and cross Route 30. At the second traffic light, turn left onto Sugartown Road. Within 1/4 mile as Sugartown veers right, turn left onto Berwyn-Paoli Road. UMLY is on Berwyn-Paoli Road on the right.

From the PA Turnpike (Interstate 276/76): Take Exit 24 (Valley Forge Exit.) This becomes the Schuylkill Expressway (Interstate 76). Take the Route 202 South Exit. Follow Route 202 to the Paoli Exit (252 South.) Stay on Route 252 to Route 30. Cross Route 30. At the second light beyond Route 30, turn left onto Sugartown Road. Within 1/4 mile as Sugartown veers right, turn left onto Berwyn-Paoli Road. UMLY is on Berwyn-Paoli Road on the right.
