Clinic Groups: Clinics will run on Sundays from September 24th into February. The full schedule will be posted shortly.

Athletes in the clinic groups will automatically be placed on the COED team. (These meets are optional but highly reccommended. You will be entered in every dual meet for the COED team unless you let us know by the Wednesday before the meet that you can not attend.)

Little Dolphins Technique Clinic will be primarily for swimmers ages 6-9 with limited or no previous competitive experience. This clinic will meet once a week and it is strictly an instructional based program. Our primary focus for this group is to work on the skills and progressions necessary to develop the four competitive strokes. The goal for this group is to have fun while learning the skills of the sport necessary to make the leap into one of the more competitive training groups. Swimmers in this group will have opportunities to compete in a few appropriate competitions which are optional. Because this group meets once a week we recommend that swimmers attend each clinic session and also sign up for an additional swim opportunity during the week.
