10/U Start, Turn and Finish Clinic

(in place of 10/U Meet)

Saturday 11/13 at the Montclair YMCA Big Pool

1:00-2:15 – Start and Turn Clinic

2:15-3:ish – Team Building Games and Activities

The coaching staff decided that the team will benefit more with a Start and Turn clinic then a meet at this point in the season so we are inviting all 10/Under athletes to attend.

8/U Swimmers will warm-up then work on Starts and Finishes

9/10 Swimmers will warm-up then work on Starts, Turns and Finishes

All Swimmers will participate in some team building activities and games.

Snacks will be offered on the pool balcony after the clinic.
